The Old School House is the old Claremont High School. It has been turned into stores of which the main anchor appears to be Casa De Salsa which is a mexican restaurant. It does have live music on Thursday and Friday nights plus Sunday brunch.
A Citibank has been added to the Foothill side along with Trader Joe's.
It appears that the plans that Claremont has for this area is unfinished as I noted by closed buildings that appear to be waiting destruction to make room for new buildings. Thanks to the Claremont Insider Blog I found this information on the City of Claremont website.
